Job Title: Executive Assistant to President Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-time | In-Office Experience Required: 3–4 Years Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to the President who will manage day-to-day operations, ensure effective time management, and handle administrative as well as strategic tasks. The role requires excellent organizational abilities, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset to support the President in business priorities and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Time Management Organize, prioritize, and manage the President’s schedule to maximize productivity. Plan and coordinate meetings in alignment with business needs. Administrative & Operational Support Handle administrative tasks to free up bandwidth for ROI-driven activities. Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and related documentation for the President and Board. Draft and format internal and external communications, including reports, memos, and presentations. Stakeholder Management Engage with clients, board members, employees, and external stakeholders on behalf of the President. Ensure effective communication and relationship management. Business Documentation & Presentations Prepare professional reports, proposals, and business presentations using advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel functions. Social Media & Digital Presence Manage and schedule the President’s personal social media posts. Broadcast key initiatives, thoughts, and leadership messages across platforms and forums. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Communication, or related field. 3–4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
