Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, located in South Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage schedules and diaries, coordinate meetings, and provide executive support to the Managing Director. The role will also involve handling communications, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Diary Management skills
Executive Support and Communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
