Role Description

Executive Assistant - Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle international and domestic business travels and visits
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and coordinate administrative activities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings and events
• Coordinate and facilitate business visits, both domestic and international, including travel arrangements
• Support in strategizing business requirements across various departments
• Draft meeting notes, slides, and business documents
• Organize and manage logistics for events, meetings, and business trips
• Handle communication and correspondence professionally and discreetly
• Ensure effective follow-up on action points and deadlines
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and project execution
• Open for travel within India & internationally
