Role Overview

Founder’s Executive Assistant

You understand the immense value of a founder’s time and know how to protect it — enabling them to focus on strategy, execution, and growth while you keep every moving piece in sync.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the founder’s command center:

   Manage the calendar, inbox, and communication flow across platforms. Prioritize tasks, filter noise, and ensure the founders’ time is spent where it matters most.

• Drive execution:

   Track action items, follow up with teams, and close every loop — nothing is left hanging.

• Systematize the day:

   Prepare meetings, set context, block focus time, and keep the day running with clarity and intent.

• Handle all logistics:

   Plan and manage travel, events, and client interactions end-to-end. Anticipate needs, stay two steps ahead, and ensure seamless execution.

• Operate as an extension of the founders:

   Solve problems before they arise, communicate with discretion, and bring order, structure, and speed to a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders or senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, high-volume communication, and fast-moving priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the founders professionally and confidently.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of bringing calm and clarity to high-speed environments.
• Thrives in startup or early-stage ecosystems, with strong ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action.
