### *About the Role*


We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized *Executive Assistant* to support the Founder in managing day-to-day operations, high-value relationships, and key communications. This role demands exceptional multitasking ability, people skills, and discretion. The ideal candidate will be fluent in *English, Hindi, and Gujarati*, and be naturally inclined toward relationship-building and communication.

### *Key Responsibilities*


#### 💼 *Calendar & Scheduling*


* Manage and prioritize appointments, meetings, and reminders

* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for meetings and follow-ups

* Handle scheduling conflicts and rescheduling promptly


#### ✈️ *Travel & Logistics*


* Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, cabs, and visa documents

* Prepare travel briefs and ensure founder’s schedule remains optimized while traveling


#### 📬 *Communication & Correspondence*


* Draft, respond to, and manage emails on behalf of the founder

* Act as the primary point of contact between the founder and external/internal stakeholders

* Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information


#### 👥 *Client & Relationship Management*


* Assist in nurturing key client and high-value relationships

* Send greetings, reminders, follow-ups, and personalized messages when required

* Maintain and update CRM/contact database


#### 🧠 *Support & Multitasking*


* Anticipate the founder’s needs and act accordingly

* Take notes during meetings and follow up on action points

* Handle ad hoc projects, personal tasks, and day-to-day admin

### *Key Requirements*


* 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Relationship Manager, or similar role

* Exceptional written and verbal communication in *English, Hindi, and Gujarati*

* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and task management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana)

* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

* Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters
