Job Description Job title Relationship Manager – Sales (Direct) Reports to Relationship Lead Department Direct Sales Base Location Mumbai Responsibilities of Relationship Manager Customer 360-degree lead management on the tech platform. This will include end to end lead handling generated by the Digital engagement, self-calling on databases and call center All the leads to be nurtured with intention to culminate to closures basis the right product match for the defined area or projects basis customer’s needs Relationship Manager is required to facilitate customer walk in at the required projects to expedite the online booking process Portfolio (i.e. all the customers who have walked in to any of the projects) will have to be managed for deepening relationship. Monthly relationship continuity to be managed to enhance the Customer Life Time Value, generate potent references and strengthen loyalty program. Relationship Manager is expected to be managing the entire lead funnel via all the relevant mediums e.g., Voice, Video, Text Relationship Manager is expected to work closely with all customers to assist in online booking, resolve the queries, work on the financial management. To negotiate with the customer OR developers for effective closure for the customers. Work closely on the assigned projects, area or beat to enhance online information availability on our platform, carry out online transactions. Should be working closely on the payment schedules for the effective realization. Responsibilities • Manage all the digital campaigns from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, Video advertising, display advertising campaigns, and Native ads. Optimization of PPC ads, Video, Mobile, And Display campaigns Active management of performance marketing campaigns to ensure good ROI Ensure all the digital projects are in line with a performance goal• Overseeing and tracking digital activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly. Hands-on Experienced in running performance campaigns on Google Ads, Bing ads, Quora.com, Taboola, Outbrain, Other digital channels Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets with a Digital Marketing background.• Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) specifically Google ads Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, SEMrush etc.)• Developing and implementing SEM strategies for the PPC campaigns. Monitoring and reporting usage statistics and other relevant data. Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources. Conducting Research and recommending new PPC platforms and opportunities.• Ability to write effective ad copies across PPC platforms. High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other measurement tools. Hands-on experience in A/B testing Skills Digital Media campaign strategy and execution Ability to run PPC ads, set up and run marketing campaigns on digital marketing tools Ability to plan and execute marketing activities with timelines Good understanding of SEM/SEO Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent command of the English language• Google Ads, Google Analytics certificate preferred. Qualifications / Experience At least 1-2 years of digital marketing experience. Should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, PPC ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads.
