An Executive Assistant (EA) to a Director manages the Director's schedule, communications, and projects, acting as a gatekeeper and liaison, handling confidential info, organizing meetings/events, preparing documents, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure the Director's efficiency and focus on strategic goals. Key duties include calendar management, drafting correspondence, managing travel, preparing reports/presentations, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining discretion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the Director's complex calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and proactively resolve conflicts.
  • Communication Hub: Screen calls, emails, and visitors; draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director; act as a liaison with internal/external parties.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items, and assist in planning larger institutional events.
  • Information Management: Maintain confidential files, manage databases, and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Project & Task Support: Conduct research, compile data, track deadlines, and support special projects.
  • Travel Logistics: Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation for the Director.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an EA or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
  • Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and act independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
