Position: Billing & Inventory Executive Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi Salary: ₹20,000 per month Job Timings: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM Weekly Off: Fixed off on Monday Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable individual with hands-on experience in using Busy Accounting Software to manage daily billing, inventory, and basic accounts at our retail shop in Karol Bagh. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing the day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage Busy Software for daily billing and stock entries Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records Generate GST-compliant invoices and manage sales reports Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishments Assist in stock audits and monthly reconciliations Manage basic cash and bank entries as required Address customer queries and provide billing support when needed Ensure accurate and timely data entry of transactions Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working with Busy Accounting Software Familiarity with stock management and GST billing Basic understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle customer-facing roles when needed Must be punctual and dependable Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
