Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling residential (plots, flats, bungalows) and commercial properties , with proven leadership experience and excellent market understanding. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Strategize and execute sales plans for various real estate projects across residential and commercial segments. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align sales objectives. Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings as required. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management regularly. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate sales; at least 2 years in a leadership role . Proven track record in selling plots, flats, bungalows, and commercial properties . Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
