Onboarding Executive

Client Onboarding

1. Own and deliver end-to-end client onboarding experience for our clients of AIF Business, facing off clients alongside our client advisors to gather required client onboarding documentation.

2. Liaison with RTA

3. Interface as a case manager to seamlessly handle all the different steps for onboarding a client, handle all queries from the client/client adviser.

4. Think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services.

5. Strong understanding of the ever-changing regulations relating to AML/KYC/ CKYC and Investment suitability.

6. Engage in Adhoc projects including systems change, process improvement, new regulatory changes from requirements gathering through implementation.

7. Have good planning and time management/prioritization skills

Your experience and skills

1. Bachelors degree in any stream

2. experience in KYC/AML roles, Client Onboarding, Remediation Process, or related functions

3. Detailed understanding of KYC/AML procedures/regulations

4. Proven experience in client service

5. Ability to diligently follow up and follow through on deliverables.

Experience - 2 to 3 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
