Role Overview

Executive Assistant to the Director

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director.
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Act as a bridge between the Director and internal departments (Design, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Finance).
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and communication drafts.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in event planning, client coordination, and brand-related activities.
• Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and Director’s directives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Graduate or Postgraduate in

  Business Administration, Commerce, or Management

  .

• Experience:

  2–5 years as an

  Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Coordinator

  (preferably in

  luxury, manufacturing, or corporate sectors

  ).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
• Professional grooming, polished presentation, and high level of confidentiality.
