Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle follow-ups with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
• Maintain and organize documentation, records, and reports.
• Draft, review, and send professional emails and business correspondence.
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and other executive-level documents.
• Assist in day-to-day office coordination and communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline); additional certification in administration or secretarial studies preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and good interpersonal skills.

• Residing near kundli / NCR area.

Compensation :

Commensurate with experience and qualifications
