Assist the Director with daily operations, follow-ups, and production tracking
- Maintain Excel-based trackers for fabric purchase, stock, and production
- Coordinate across departments: Fabric, Tailoring, Finishing, Packing & Dispatch- Handle documentation: GRNs, POs, supplier quotations, and cost sheets- Support in generating MIS reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools/CRM
- Manage communication logs, meetings, and reminders- Update and maintain CRM data for vendors, suppliers, and jobbers (As per requirement)
Required Skills: - Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Data Formatting, MIS Reports
- BI Tools (Preferred): Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or similar
- CRM Exposure (Preferred): Zoho, Salesforce, or any ERP/CRM module
- Smart follow-up ability and task ownership
- Strong communication (Hindi + English)
- Detail orientation, discipline, and coordination skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
