Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for all departments including Production, Finishing, Dispatch, and Quality. Maintain and update production data, jobber performance, fabric inventory, and shipment schedules in Excel/ERP. Analyze departmental KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, rework, and WIP and flag deviations. Automate reports using Excel formulas, dashboards, and macros (VBA preferred). Coordinate with department heads to gather, validate, and consolidate data. Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and manpower planning reports. Provide actionable insights from data for process improvements and cost control. Support audits and compliance-related documentation with accurate records.
