Qualification:

Experience:

• 4-5 years in HR strategy/ Project management/ Strong HRBP experience post MBA along with pre-MBA experience of 2-3 years will be preferred.
• Experience of managing Senior Leaders will be preferred.
• Strong Execution, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and innovative approach.
