Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the MD & CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls and correspondence, responding as appropriate
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Prepare and manage expense reports
  • Act as liaison between the executive team and other departments, as well as outside organizations
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintaining Confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Develop and execute internal and external communication plans and strategies to promote the company's image and reputation
  • Draft and edit press releases, speeches, presentations and other communication materials
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support events and other public relations activities


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in Leadership Itinerary Management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently
