Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Key responsibilities include managing the executive's calendar, preparing expense reports, scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information with discretion. Additionally, you will assist in organizing travel arrangements and performing other executive administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Proficiency in preparing Expense Reports and handling Diary Management tasks
• Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and organizational support
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
