Excellent English communication and drafting skills

Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with AI tools & digital productivity platforms

Experience in commercial documentation and vendor management (preferred)

Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and business documents

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet in handling confidential information

Support commercial dealings, documentation, and MIS preparation

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies

Draft professional corporate emails, letters, and reports

Prepare presentations and analytical documents for management

Maintain accurate administrative and commercial records to ensure smooth operation
