Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO in daily administrative tasks and operational responsibilities.
• Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documentation for executive-level discussions.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel plans efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including vendors and textile industry partners.
• Monitor and ensure timely follow-ups on key projects and commitments.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Support the CEO in tracking market trends, production updates, and sales performance in the textile sector.
• Assist in strategic decision-making by compiling data on fabric sourcing, production efficiency, and industry competition.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline production schedules and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Work closely with the CEO on expansion initiatives, including evaluating market opportunities and identifying potential partnerships.
• Assist in developing strategies for the launch of new textile products and services.
• Support project management for the establishment of new facilities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct research on emerging markets and provide detailed reports to aid in expansion strategies.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams for project execution and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience:

   Minimum of 5 years in an assistant or similar role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.

• Education:

   MBA degree in Management is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of CEO-level reporting and executive duties.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing schedules, reports, and high-pressure environments.

Salary:

₹60,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills).
