Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We are Hiring | MBA – CEO’s Office (Strategy & Business Planning)

We are building a next-generation health insurance and healthcare platform and are looking for a high-calibre MBA professional to join a new venture at a critical growth and fundraising stage.

This role is suited for someone who is analytically strong, execution-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership and investors.

Key Requirements:

• MBA from a reputed institute
• 2–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, investment banking, PE/VC, insurance, healthcare, or health-tech
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to independently create investor-ready decks
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and translate them into clear, compelling business narratives
• Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders
• Strong coordination skills to manage inputs across multiple workstreams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

Good to Have:

• Exposure to insurance, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Understanding of claims economics, loss ratios, or healthcare cost structures
• Prior experience supporting fundraising or investor engagements
• Interest in AI-driven or data-led business models

What You will Work On:

• Refining business plans and financial models
• Preparing investor-ready presentations for global and Indian investors
• Supporting strategic partnerships with insurers, hospital chains, and healthcare players
• Working closely with the CEO and leadership team on market entry and expansion strategy
