Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in the Kochi, Kerala. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, managing expense reports, and diary management. The day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing communications, and providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Executive Support and Calender Management skills
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and budgeting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
