About the Role

This is NOT your typical EA role.

This is a mission-critical position you will be the right hand to the CEO, managing everything from schedule to stakeholder coordination to real-time updates.

Think of yourself as the Chief of Staff-in-training. You’ll be the glue that keeps priorities aligned, conversations streamlined, and the CEO firing on all cylinders.

What You’ll Do

• Own the CEO’s calendar: Coordinate meetings across internal teams, investors, partners, media, etc. No clashes. No misses.
• Be the central point of communication: Ensure all internal stakeholders, team members, and partners channel updates through you.
• Actively monitor all communication channels: WhatsApp, Slack, Email, Calls, you’ll have eyes on all.
• Shadow the CEO: Be present (virtually or physically) for meetings, take notes, follow up, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Plan and prioritize: Anticipate what’s coming, prepare briefs, and ensure the CEO is always one step ahead.
• Confidentiality is key: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• A fresher (0–2 years of experience) with a strong sense of ownership and hunger to grow.

• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.

• Sharp attention to detail and obsessive organizational ability.

• High responsiveness and ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to be available 24×7 and work closely with the CEO, often beyond standard hours.

• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Jodhpur.
