We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to help scale our paid media success across global markets. About the Role As a Performance Marketing Specialist , you will own the strategy and execution of high-impact campaigns across Google and Microsoft advertising platforms. Your mission? Drive growth through data-driven decisions, customer-centric targeting, and smart budget allocation. Responsibilities Campaign Management & Lead Generation Launch and optimize campaigns on: Google Ads : Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max Microsoft Ads : Search, Display, Audience Network Conduct keyword research , audience segmentation, and A/B testing Implement smart bidding strategies like Target CPA and Target ROAS Performance Optimization & Insights Monitor key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate Use analytics tools: GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, Power BI Report actionable insights to internal teams and global stakeholders Budget & Growth Strategy Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROI Identify scaling opportunities for top-performing campaigns Keep up with ad platform innovations and industry best practices Collaboration & Experimentation Work with design, SEO, and content teams for cohesive campaign execution Test new formats like Demand Gen and Microsoft Audience Ads Align paid media with broader brand and growth objectives Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Proven success in B2C or lead generation campaigns Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking , and Excel/Sheets (SQL is a plus) Google and/or Microsoft Ads certifications (preferred) Excellent communication skills in cross-cultural, remote environments Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn , or A/B testing tools like VWO What We Offer Be part of a leading European brand in the optical sector Hybrid work opportunity based in India Biannual travel opportunities to Europe for collaboration and workshops Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Payroll handled via Acquarius Capstorm Limited (consulting firm in IT, retail & marketing) Access to top-tier marketing platforms, learning programs, and a growth-focused culture Ready to Go Global?
