Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and street-smart Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with our Founder. This is not a traditional EA roleit demands someone proactive, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented. Youll leverage project management tools, AI solutions, and strong communication skills to optimize workflows. The role spans operations, communication, and basic marketing/social media support with confidence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic support partner to the Founder, managing day-to-day priorities and ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Use

    project management tools

    (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp) to track projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Leverage

    AI tools

    to streamline tasks, draft communications, create reports, and generate insights.
  • Manage the Founders calendar, inbox, and meetings with precision and foresight.
  • Provide

    marketing support

    , which includes

    ,

    Coordinating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (

    LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter,

    etc.)
  • Drafting, editing, and reviewing content with strong attention to detail.
  • Assisting in marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Conduct research, prepare presentations, and create reports to support decision-making leveraging AI tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an EA, Founder's office, or in a similar operations/marketing support role.
  • Exceptional

    English communication skills

    (both written and verbal) with the ability to write, edit, and present ideas clearly.
  • Strong grasp of

    digital tools:

    project management systems, AI productivity tools, and CRM/marketing platforms.
  • Awareness of

    basic marketing principles

    and ability to manage simple social media tasks.
  • Highly

    street smart, proactive, and solution-oriented,

    someone who figures things out quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, collaborative, and growth-driven mindset.
