Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Silvassa. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, offering executive support, and handling communication tasks. The role will involve coordinating meetings, managing schedules, preparing documents, and performing other administrative duties.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Executive Support skills including scheduling and coordination
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
Experience in construction or machinery industry is a plus
