Job Summary

The MIS & Operations Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data to support strategic decision-making and enhance overall sales performance. The role includes generating periodic reports, creating dashboards, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring the smooth functioning of CRM systems. Additionally, the position involves coordinating sales operations activities such as scheduling, documentation, communication management, and assisting the sales team with administrative and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales MIS & Data Management

  • Maintain, update, and improve the sales MIS, including databases, CRM tools, and system processes.
  • Extract, clean, validate, and organize sales data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior management and various business units.
  • Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.

Sales Operations & Administrative Support

  • Organize and manage calendars for sales executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as presentations, reports, proposals, and quotations.
  • Assist with order processing, documentation, and coordination with relevant teams.
  • Support inventory management by tracking product availability and ensuring timely updates.
  • Plan and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, client interactions, and other special events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification: Degree in any field & Diploma in Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and experience managing sales databases.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Minimum 3year experience in a Sales MIS, sales analysis, or a similar data-driven role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Exceptional time-management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Languages Known: English, Malayalam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
