The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring that daily activities, communications, and priority tasks are managed efficiently and professionally. This role serves as a trusted partner to executives, helping streamline workflows, coordinate schedules, manage information flow, and maintain strong internal and external relationships. The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant acts as a key point of contact, handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring the executive’s time and attention are focused on strategic priorities.
Core responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, and handling correspondence on behalf of the executive. The role involves screening communications, prioritizing requests, organizing travel arrangements, and supporting expense and budget tracking. The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant may prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all deliverables.
