Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Trainee. The role is designed to provide hands-on training in retail operations, sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge, to prepare you for a successful career in retail sales. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting products and provide accurate product information. Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise display, and stock levels. Support daily store operations, including billing, inventory checks, and restocking. Learn and apply sales techniques to achieve store targets. Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally. Requirements: Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
