Job Description

Position Title: Executive Assistant (EA)

Mumbai, Gurgaon & Bangalore ( Hybrid)

Experience: 5–8 years of administrative or executive support experience



About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple senior leaders, including Senior Managers and Associate Partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

This role requires exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to 5–8 senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Efficiently manage complex and dynamic calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and proactive resolution of conflicts.
  • Handle travel and expense management, including visa processing, booking arrangements, detailed itinerary preparation, and timely submission of expense reports and timesheets.
  • Manage meeting logistics—coordinating venues, materials, and technical setup for internal and external meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Maintain and update client tracking databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support leaders in personal marketing activities, coordinating with the marketing team to manage client outreach and branding initiatives.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and research material for leadership use.
  • Provide regular updates and summaries to leaders on meetings, travel, and upcoming commitments.
  • Collaborate with and provide backup support to other Executive Assistants as needed.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • 4–5 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a high-demand environment.
