Executive Assistant

Position: Executive Assistant

Reporting To: CFO & MD

Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore

Experience: 2+ years preferred

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Executive Assistant who can work closely with our CFO and MD to drive efficiency and execution across business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, meetings, and day-to-day scheduling for CFO and MD

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on new projects and initiatives

• Drive key projects as per defined timelines, with regular follow-ups and progress

tracking

• Create structured cadences for business reviews and monitor project progress

periodically to ensure outcomes are achieved

• Lead cross-functional projects by clarifying roles, managing dependencies, and

ensuring timely and outcome-driven closures

• Take clear and actionable Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track follow-through

on assigned tasks

• Support business decision-making through insightful analysis and impactful

PowerPoint presentations

• Act as the right hand in communication, prioritization, and task execution

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Strong understanding of business practices

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• A problem-solver with attention to detail and time management
