Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Executive Assitant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating cross-department communication, assisting in decision-making documentation, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and maintaining confidentiality at all times. This is a high-ownership role that requires professionalism, strategic thinking, quick learning, and strong communication skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi + English)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proactive, fast learner, and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in working with Founders / CXOs preferred


Key Responsibilities (Job Duties – JD)

1. Executive Support & Calendar Management

  • Manage and organize CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
  • Prioritize and filter requests requiring the CEO’s attention
  • Ensure CEO is well-prepared for meetings with briefings, documents, and follow-up points

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams
  • Draft emails, reports, business notes, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Follow up with department heads on deliverables and deadlines

3. Task & Project Management

  • Track ongoing projects and ensure timely execution
  • Assist CEO in coordinating with operations, accounts, HR, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation
  • Conduct market research and compile MIS reports whenever required

4. Meeting Management

  • Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), agendas, and action items
  • Ensure follow-up tasks are assigned, tracked, and closed
  • Coordinate review meetings, audits, and internal updates

5. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage documentation, agreements, and important files
  • Support in business proposals, vendor evaluations, and financial approvals
  • Assist CEO in planning events, reviews, and external meetings

6. Strategic Assistance

  • Provide analytical support for decision-making
  • Work closely on CEO’s special projects, expansion plans, and new initiatives
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions proactively
