About The Role

As an

Executive Assistant – B2B Sales & Growth

at The Marketplace Guru, you will directly support the Founder and Growth team in managing operations, and executing strategic tasks. This role will provide you with exposure to business communication, project coordination, client relationship management, and internal process handling — making you a key enabler in achieving team targets and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Founder Support & Calendar Management

  • Manage and coordinate the Founder’s calendar, schedule client meetings, internal reviews, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare briefing notes, action trackers, and summaries for important discussions.
  • Ensure timely communication flow between the Founder and cross-functional teams.

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Track and assist in executing sales activities, brand outreach, and pitch deck follow-ups.
  • Maintain sales databases, CRM inputs, and update trackers on performance.
  • Coordinate with sales leads and clients to ensure seamless meeting setups and follow-through.

Documentation & Communication Support

  • Draft, review, and manage emails, proposals, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents using Google Workspace.
  • Assist with preparation and tracking of client documentation and sales contracts.

Project Management & Team Liaison

  • Collaborate with different departments to follow up on open tasks and ensure timely closure.
  • Support in managing internal projects, task trackers, and weekly updates using tools like Asana
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and assist in problem-solving.

Tools & Workspace Handling

  • Maintain digital records and folders, ensuring clean and organized workspace operations.
  • Use tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, and project boards to manage day-to-day efficiency.

Skills And Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail and urgency.
  • Comfort with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, and CRM platforms (or willingness to learn).
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Interest in business growth, operations, and executive-level support.
