Essential Qualifications:

Graduation in any field.

Required Skills:

Strong Communication Skills:
Both verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Follow-Up Skills:
Ability to effectively follow up on tasks, meetings, and projects.
Smart & Professional Demeanor:
Must be proactive, adaptable, and possess a positive attitude.
Basic Excel & Google Drive Proficiency:
Ability to handle basic functions in Excel (e.g., data entry, simple formulas) and comfortable with Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Management:
Provide support to the senior management with daily administrative tasks.
Follow-Up & Coordination:
Ensure that all tasks, meetings, and follow-ups are effectively managed.
Communication:
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication and correspondence.
Data Management:
Organize and manage documents, reports, and other critical information using tools like Google Drive and Excel.
Scheduling & Planning:
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities for the executive.
