Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Executive Support

  • Assist in preparing board materials, slide decks, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional coordination: liaise with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, R&D, Finance, etc.
  • Monitor action items from meetings; track follow-ups and ensure timelines are met.
  • Conduct research for new initiatives, market trends, competitor analysis, and present summaries to MD.
  • Help with strategic planning, periodic reviews, and special projects.

2. Administrative & Office Management

  • Manage and optimize the MDs calendar: scheduling meetings, appointments, site visits, content reviews, etc.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, local transport) and prepare travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports, budgets, reimbursements.
  • Oversee daytoday office operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper: screen calls, emails, requests, and redirect as appropriate.
  • Draft, proofread, edit correspondence, proposals, presentations, reports, etc.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as liaison between the MD and internal teams, external partners, clients, vendors.
  • Help in maintaining relationships with key clients, architects, dealers, distributors, franchisees.
  • Represent the MD in meetings when required, take notes, disseminate minutes, track actions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

4. Event / Meeting / Seminar Management

  • Organize and coordinate internal events, workshops, sales meets, product launches, factory visits.
  • Handle logistics: venue, invitations, hospitality, materials, followup.
  • Ensure smooth execution of MDs participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences.

5. Special Projects & Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Undertake ad hoc assignments from MD, which may include site visits, audits, reviews, etc.
  • Work on process improvements, documentation, SOPs.
  • Support the rollout of new business verticals or expansions.
