Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance to support smooth HR functioning and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
• Foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Provide payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance like PF,PT, ESI, etc.
• Prepare HR reports and assist during audits.
• Support performance appraisal cycles.
• Coordinate training and development sessions.
• Draft HR letters (offers, confirmations, exit documents).
• Handle exit process and full & final settlements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance & labor laws.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience.
