Job Title: Medical Officer – AuditLocation: MumbaiSalary: as per company norms Education Required: BAMS / BHMSShift: Rotational Night Shift (as per weekly roster) Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and proactive Medical Officer (BAMS/BHMS) to join our audit team. The candidate will be responsible for scrutinizing medical reports, providing clinical opinions on diagnostic tests such as ECG and TMT, and supporting internal team training. This role requires flexibility to work in night shifts based on a weekly schedule. Key Responsibilities: Review and scrutinize medical reports for accuracy and completeness.Provide medical opinions and interpretations for ECG and TMT reports.Ensure compliance with medical audit protocols and guidelines.Collaborate with audit and clinical teams for case discussions.Conduct training sessions for team members to improve audit accuracy and clinical knowledge.Maintain proper documentation and reporting of findings.Work flexibly during night shifts as per rotational weekly roster.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine (BAMS) or Homeopathic Medicine (BHMS).Prior experience in medical audits or clinical review processes preferred.Ability to interpret ECG and TMT reports.Good communication and analytical skills.Proficient in using basic MS Office tools and reporting software.Preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail.Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of medical insurance processes (added advantage).
