JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Result Areas (KRA) – Administration Executive

1. Administrative & Office Management

· Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to all team members. 

· Maintain efficient documentation, filing systems, and accurate record keeping (hard & soft copies of mandates, MOU, NDA, client KYC, certificates, financials, etc.). 

· Oversee office facilities, meeting rooms, and equipment to ensure proper functioning and timely rectification of issues. 

· Manage office inventory, stationery, business cards, and supplies to avoid shortages. 

· Handle support staff, calls, correspondence, and conference room bookings. 

2. Financial & Accounting Coordination

· Prepare and maintain mandate tracker, invoice tracker, business review sheets, and monthly cost sheets. 

· Generate invoices, check payment/TDS status, and ensure timely coordination with the Delhi accounts team. 

· Track petty cash, expense reports, and ensure timely reimbursement processes. 

3. Vendor & Subscription Management

· Manage subscription renewals, pricing negotiations, and member additions/deletions. 

· Ensure timely payments of communication (voice/data/SIM) and other statutory bills. 

· Coordinate purchase and maintenance of office equipment (mobiles, laptops, printers, etc.).
