Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including

  accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Oversee

  payroll accounting

  and ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Handle

  GST, TDS, and tax filings

  , ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain

  vendor and expense records

  , and process payments accurately and on schedule.
• Generate

  MIS and financial reports

  for management review and decision-making.
• Manage

  petty cash

  , journal entries, and month-end closings.
• Coordinate with

  internal and external auditors

  during account finalization.
• Support

  financial planning, analysis, and budgeting

  activities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA (Finance) or Bachelor’s degree in

  Accounting, Commerce, or Finance

  .

• 0–2 years

  of experience in accounting or financial operations (internship experience acceptable).
• Proficiency in

  Zoho Books

  and

  MS Excel

  (pivot tables, reconciliations, reports).
• Solid understanding of

  accounting principles, tax regulations, and GST/TDS compliance

  .
• Strong

  analytical and organizational skills

  with high attention to detail.
• Excellent

  communication and time management

  abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
