• Act as the first point of contact for client admins and transport coordinators.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand client requirements and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

📊• Maintain client activity logs and reports in CRM or Excel.
• Track issue status and update clients regularly.
• Support renewal and feedback discussions with account managers.
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with enterprise clients.
• Basic computer proficiency – Excel, CRM, or mobile app tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise clients and SaaS platforms.
• Rapid learning in operations, client management, and software implementation.
