Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Events Manager with 5 to 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals.
  • Analyze event feedback and evaluate success.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of event planning, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with event management software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
