Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Event Specialist. As an Event Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day management of events, including planning, coordinating, and executing events. Your tasks will include developing event concepts, liaising with clients, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective communication and customer service skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both clients and team members to deliver successful events.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales skills 3 years experience must.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in event management or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
