Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner located in Pune. The Event Planner will be responsible for the planning and execution of events, managing budgets, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that all events run smoothly. The Event Planner will also handle event logistics, sales, and post-event evaluations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
• Proficient in Budgeting and financial management
• Sales skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the event planning industry is a must minimum 5 years
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field
