Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Pune. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and activities. Day-to-day tasks involve liaising with clients to understand their needs, budget management, venue selection, vendor coordination, and ensuring events are executed smoothly and efficiently. The role also includes managing a team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing post-event analysis and feedback.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Coordination skills, including experience with Corporate Event Management, Exhibitions, and Branding & Design
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in marketing or media innovations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
