Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for event participation, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Develop strategies to expand exhibitor and visitor participation for INTIMASIA, Source NXT, Super Juniorz, Lingerie Fashion Week, and other events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote events through various channels including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional media.
  • Develop promotional materials, event collaterals, and content to attract exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility.

Client Servicing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide personalized support throughout the event planning process, including logistics coordination, booth allocation, and onsite management.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.

Event Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, including venue management, setup, logistics, and onsite coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards to deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges proactively during event execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in event management, business development, or marketing roles, preferably within the exhibition or events industry.
  • Passion for events with a strong understanding of event logistics, operations, and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and event management tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by event schedules.
