Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Event Specialist to join our team at Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing both wedding and corporate events, with strong creative, organizational, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events from concept to completion.
• Manage client communication and ensure requirements are met with precision and creativity.
• Collaborate with design, production, and vendor teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
• Prepare event budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
• Conduct venue visits, vendor coordination, and client meetings.
• Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, logistics, and guest management.
• Handle both corporate events (conferences, product launches, MICE, etc.) and wedding events (decor, hospitality, logistics, etc.) efficiently.
• Ensure brand standards and quality benchmarks are maintained in every event.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the event management industry.
• Proven track record of handling both corporate and wedding events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages like Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event requirements.

Commensurate with experience and performance.
