Event Specialist

• Plan, coordinate, and execute

  large-scale events, brand activations, and movie marketing campaigns

  .
• Oversee

  stage setup, fabrication, and installations

  across different formats including exhibitions, stalls, and promotional events.
• Manage

  audio-visual (AV), sound, and lighting requirements

  with vendors and in-house teams.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Supervise vendors, fabricators, and technical teams to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
• Conduct site recces, create detailed event execution plans, and manage on-ground operations.
• Handle budgets, timelines, and ensure events are executed within agreed parameters.
• Maintain industry knowledge of

  latest event technologies, AV solutions, and fabrication trends

  .
• Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships to deliver impactful experiences.

• 3–4 years of proven experience

  in event management, with focus on

  movie marketing and large-scale events

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  stage setups, fabrication, stalls, and exhibition builds

  .
• Expertise in

  audio-visual systems, sound engineering, and event technology

  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and vendors simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Based in

  Mumbai

  or willing to commute.
