Event Specialist

As an Event Partnerships and Business Development Manager at Peepal Consulting, you will play a crucial role in meeting sponsorship targets for various events, fostering strong relationships with clients, achieving sales goals, and devising strategies for business expansion. You will engage with marketing heads, evangelists, Field Marketing experts, and CXOs from top companies to establish collaborative efforts and onboard them as partners for premium events. - Develop and execute strategies to surpass sponsorship requirements for all TA Dialogues events - Identify and engage potential sponsors by offering tailored value propositions - Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships - Nurture existing client relationships, act as their primary point of contact, address their needs, and explore opportunities for upselling and expanding partnerships To qualify for this role, candidates should have: - An MBA or a relevant advanced degree - A proven track record in sales and business development spanning at least 2 years - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation abilities - Analytical thinking - A collaborative mindset Peepal Consulting, with over 20 years of experience, serves over 600 clients with more than 350 man-years of expertise.
