Event Specialist

An Event Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that promote business objectives, build client relationships, and enhance brand awareness. Key duties include conceptualizing event themes, managing event calendars and budgets, selecting venues, coordinating logistics such as security and catering, overseeing event staff, processing invoices, and collaborating closely with marketing teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, project management experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage an events calendar.Develop and implement event concepts and themes.
