In this role, you will plan and run events from start to finish, bring in the right partners, and support the growth of our business pipeline. You should be comfortable being on the field, talking to clients, and working closely with our technical and leadership teams. We need someone who can think smart, work hands-on, communicate clearly, and handle a fast-moving B2B environment with confidence.
1. Design the annual / quarterly event calendar aligned with SolidPro’s business goals.
2. Identify relevant industry events (conferences, expos, seminars, workshops, webinars, tech talks) for participation, sponsorship, or hosting.
3. Define event objectives (leads, brand awareness, demos, meetings) and success metrics for each event.
4. Prepare event proposals, budgets, and ROI projections for internal approval.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to decide event formats – product demos, panel discussions, customer success stories, technical sessions, etc.
6. Research and shortlist venues, vendors, and partners for offline events.
7. Build standard event templates (checklists, timelines, communication formats).
1. Manage end-to-end event execution – planning, pre-event promotion, on-ground coordination, and post-event follow-up.
2. Coordinate venue booking, logistics, branding, stage setup, AV requirements, stalls/booths, seating arrangements, registration desks etc.
3. Work with designers to create event creatives – banners, standees, backdrops, booth designs, digital invitation, presentations.
4. Oversee printing & production of all event materials (brochures, flyers, visiting cards, etc).
5. Manage event registrations – online forms, landing pages, confirmations.
6. Coordinate guest speakers, panelists, trainers, and VIP attendees.
7. Brief and align internal teams/volunteers on event flow, responsibilities, talking points.
8. Collect photos, videos, testimonials, and feedback during events for future marketing.
9. Coordinate post-event thank-you communication, lead handover to sales, and report preparation.

2. Design win–win partnership models - revenue share, co-branded events, referral programs, joint marketing, training collaborations.
3. Create partnership pitches, proposals, and MoUs.
4. Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and timelines with partners.
5. Set up regular review meetings with key partners to track performance.
1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations with the sales/technical team.
2. Attend meetings (where needed) to present SolidPro, explain offerings, and understand customer pain points.
3. Convert event and partner leads into active opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
4. Support in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
5. Track conversion funnel from enquiries → meetings → proposals → closures.
1. Strong event planning and execution skills.
2. Excellent relationship-building and networking ability.
3. Good understanding of B2B sales process and lead qualification.
4. Strong negotiation skills for partnerships and commercial discussions.
5. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple events/initiatives in parallel.
6. Comfortable with numbers, targets, and ROI analysis.
7. Good presentation and public speaking skills.
8. Basic understanding of marketing funnels.
