Event Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of events. This role oversees budget, vendor negotiation, logistics, content and on-site coordination.

1. Event Planning & Strategy

• Understand client requirements and create event concepts, timelines, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to align on strategy and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed event proposals including timelines, venue layouts, budgets, and manpower plans.

2. Client Servicing & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client from ideation to execution.
• Ensure timely updates, approvals, and feedback are communicated and documented.
• Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant vendors (venue, production, F&B, artists, etc.).
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage deliverables as per event requirements.
• Ensure vendor timelines, quality, and budgets are met.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Develop event budgets in alignment with client and internal cost expectations.
• Track and report actual vs estimated spend, ensuring profitability and budget adherence.
• Provide cost-effective solutions without compromising event quality.

5. On-Ground Execution

• Supervise and manage all aspects of event setup, execution, and dismantling.
• Coordinate with the production and operations team to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle on-ground troubleshooting and last-minute changes professionally.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain event records: budgets, approvals, client communications, and vendor bills.
• Prepare post-event reports including learnings, client feedback, and P&L summary.
• Archive assets for future reference (photographs, videos, reports).

7. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all permissions, licenses, and insurances are obtained.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and brand guidelines.
